If you are ready to open the door to Jesus, then simply confess Jesus Christ as the Lord of your life from your heart and with your lips and you shall be saved. You can do this by, for example, closing your eyes and to talking to God. It may feel wiered because you may wonder if He is there and if he can hear you. Be rest assured that He can hear you clearly!
The best prayer is one from your heart which you really mean, and not a fake formulated prayer. If you are honest about understanding that you have sinned and in need of a Saviour, and if you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead then you shall be saved!
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
